Honey Creamed Snow

This is a delicious winter treat! A simple mixture of pure snow, raw honey, and cold cream into a smooth, fluffy, gelato like treat! Instead of driving and seeing snow covered pastures you will see mounds of this stuff. It will change your life...for the better.❄️

For one cup of of Honey Creamed Snow you will need,

• 2 Cups of Snow

  • 1/4 Cup of Heavy Whipping Cream

• 1/8 Cup of honey

Break up the clumps of Snow with a whisk

This works best if you make it outside in the snow, you need to keep everything cold while put it together.

Keep the cream cold in the snow

It helps to keep the honey warm. 🤪

Drizzle the honey over the snow ❄️

Pour in the cream

Whisk Together

It works best outside, whisk for 1-2 minutes or until the mixture is smooth and fluffy.

Spoon into a cup and enjoy!

Consider adding diced Strawberries to really bring this treat to the next level!😉

A dash of vanilla can also bring a really nice tone!
